agreement

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of both parties in relation to the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website at www.serenacarjen.com, in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation of the Republic of Turkey.

The features, prices, and all tax-inclusive amounts of the products are displayed on the product pages of the website. Upon completion of an order, a confirmation email is sent to the Buyer containing the list of purchased products, unit prices, and the total amount.

Prices are available in Turkish Lira (TL) and Euro (€). All payments are secured with SSL encryption.

The Buyer confirms the order by completing the order form and finalising payment. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Orders are processed upon payment confirmation.

Domestic orders are delivered via Yurtiçi Kargo within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. International orders are delivered via DHL Express within 3–5 business days, with a shipping fee of €40.

Shipping is free on domestic orders over 500 TL. Delivery times may be extended due to public holidays, natural events, or delays caused by the courier. The Seller cannot be held responsible in such cases.

For domestic orders, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery date, without providing any reason and without penalty. To exercise this right, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and complete.

Notice of withdrawal must be submitted by email to [email protected]. The right of withdrawal does not apply to international orders.

Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer is obliged to return the product to the Seller within 10 days of the withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are covered by the Seller only in cases of faulty or incorrect delivery; otherwise they are the Buyer's responsibility.

The Seller will process the refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Product exchanges are not available.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases: the product has been used, damaged, or removed from its original packaging; the product has been customised at the Buyer's request; the order is international.

The Buyer's personal data is processed and protected in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Full details on how personal data is handled can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the relevant provisions of Law No. 6502. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorised to resolve disputes within the monetary thresholds set by applicable legislation.

By completing the order process, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement. The agreement enters into force upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.
